Psychological Therapy

Dr Lemkey has had specialist training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR) and has also attended training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)
Dr Lemkey has experience in treating a range of difficulties. These include anxiety disorders such as panic attacks, health anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, depressive disorders, trauma and PTSD, sleep problems, self-esteem, anger management, substance misuse, stress management and emotion regulation.
